Paola: I am an Italian mum living in the UK and I LOVE COOKING.I was born and bred in San Daniele del Friuli, a small town in a region called Friuli Venezia Giulia where good food and wine are a strong tradition since ever. In 2005 I decided to follow my husband Alessandro to London. Now I'm a very happy and proud full-time mum of two boys, the most fulfilling job in the world. In my spare time I like experimenting new recipes and in all these years I've been collecting many of them thanks to my mum, granny, mum in law, friends, Internet...and I thought that I would like to share them with the English speakers all around the world. People who maybe have a full-time job and need to cook quick meals, or who cannot cook and need easy recipes, or who simply like Italian food and want to try something different. That's why I think we really have to care about what our children eat. It is very important for them to eat healthy food and if we can't do anything about their lunch because they go to school, we can at least make sure they eat no junk food at home.
